Cant find global board setup settings (min track width etc) on nightlies

I’m using 6.0.0-rc1-dev-635-gb5e3f6406 on MacOS Mojave. Things have moved around a lot since I last used KiCad. I’m trying to set up design rules to match JLCPCB, but I can’t find where I set the global min track width. I try to set it to 0.127mm in board setup, but it complains that it is smaller than the minimum of 0.2mm. I used to have to adjust this as a global setting, but I am unable to find where said setting lives now. I have a similar issue with the minimum via drill.
