Isn’t this just a resistor array? In KiCad R_Network or R_Pack. Several resistors in one physical package.
I am not quite sure because my picture is from the manufacturer and I do not think that they use kicad
It is very likely a resistor array of 4 resistors with a value of 56 Ohm in a 0408 package.
0408 is a pretty small SMD component. Look at the smallest SMD’s you see in:

When you see values like that on a motherboard, you are usually looking a some sort of transmission line matching. Modern motherboards have controlled impedance and length tuning.
