Can't download Kicad, internal server error

I was facing a bug with which I can’t select a bit map file in pcbnew. I learned the bug happened to be related to version 7.0.10. I am trying to download kicad-7.0.11-x86_64.exe from
https://downloads.kicad.org/kicad/windows/explore/stable

But I get an internal software error when trying to download. Is this temporary?

I just gave it a try and it started downloading normally.
