Hi, I recently started using KiCad, so this might be a stupid/obvious mistake, but the entire footprint won’t connect at all. I tried footprints from three different sites, but the issue is the same with all. I’ve also recorded a video of it: https://imgur.com/a/ve0XHmq

If you look carefully at the pads of that little BGA part, you should see thin red outlines around all the pads. These are the clearances, derived from the net clearances. The clearances are way too big and overlap the pads. You would need to either correct the default net clearances, or assign all the nets to that BGA to their own custom net clerances (either all together, or in groups, or individually).
