Not sure what I’ve done wrong here. I can’t connect any tracks to pads on the ATMEGA2560 I’m trying to attach to.
The grey area around the trace indicates the clearance set in the netclass. If your clearance is set correctly for your manufacturing process then you will need to find a component with larger pitch. If not then decrease the clearance to fit your footprint.
If you set the clearance this high for other reasons then consider the use of net ties to get a smaller clearance near your fine pitched footprint.
OshPark’s clearance requirement for 2 layer boards is 6 mils (0.153 mm). Judging from the size of the grey clerance area around the track on your screenshot, you’ve set it up to twice that value (12 mils). Just reduce it in the Board Setup->Design Rules dialog.

Track width of 0.305mm is too wide for pqfp100 pads
It was the clearance. Not sure why I set it up with 12 mil clearances. Track width was fine for the pads.
