Cannot create a merge request email

First time trying to add a symbol to the MCU_SiliconLabs library - EFR32xG23.
I have created the Merge Request: Added the EFR32xG23 MCU+SubGHz Radio symbol (!4289) · Merge requests · KiCad / KiCad Libraries / KiCad Symbols · GitLab

The symbol checks are clean.

But When I follow the instructions to “email a new merge request to this project” which I believe creates an issue, I get back the email from GitLab:
Unfortunately, your email message to GitLab could not be processed.

You are not allowed to perform this action. If you believe this is in error, contact a staff member.

So I am contact the “staff members” via the forum.

Can I get this MR approved?

Hi! Kliment here from the library team. You did everything right, there’s no need to do anything more until one of us gets around to checking it. We have a lot of contributions to go through, so this can take a while, but you successfully created a merge request and the next step is on us.
