Cannot change all tracks width

Hi,

this dialog is not really intuitive to say the least

how do I change all my tracks widths (F and B) ?

Add pre-defined sizes:

Now you can choose them from the lists in “Set to specified values”. And leave the layer unchanged.

If you want to use the “Set track and via properties” dialog, you have to define some predefined sizes. Thats the current workflow.
If you are unhappy with this workflow, you should open a gitlab issue and present a well founded idea to improve the dialog.

You may also use other tools and workflows to reach your goal. For instance this works also:

• enable all copper layers
• set selection filter to “only tracks”
• CTRL+A to select all tracks on your board
• “E” for "Edit properties → this opens the “Track & Vias properties” dialog → track width can be set to any value
• you could also utilize the properties panel to change the track width for selected tracks

At least in V8.06 (latest)…

Select only Tracks in the selection filter

For changing F tracks hide inner (if applicable) and bottom layers

Select All (CTRL+A) and edit Track & Via Properties (E)

Finally select the the Track width you want.
