Can you import bus aliases from other project?

I imported settings from another project (in schematic setup) because I wanted it’s bus aliases. But that does not work it seems.

It are just 3 aliases, so I’ll add them by hand before the first anwser arrives here. But I am curious now?

Can you import / recycle bus aliases from other projects (without manually coping/pasting texts in a text editor)?

That’s missing from the import options. Good spot.

I’d guess that Text Variables is also missing.

Strange that I stumpled upon this as first. You would think that many KiCad users would not wanna make the same bus aliases over and over again?

Usually when I am not seeing some feature, I think that what I am missing would be a great add-on. Than I learn on this here forum that the future already exists :joy:

I’ll go check if there is a bug report/feature request for it and make a feature request for it.
