I want to know that, can we draw these types of tracks in kicad which are shown in the picture

KiCad is still very much concentrating on the technical and practical aspects of PCB’s, but it does have some abilities to import graphics made by external programs.

It can directly import .dxf files which can be used as PCB outlines or graphics on a copper or non-copper layer.

There is also svg2shenzhen which is more focused on PCB art.
