Can KiCad export PCB file to Allego? - how about Pads?

This is a question you should ask Cadence. KiCad developers only worry about import from other packages

KiCad has no provisions to export to any other PCB/Schematic formats and due to the secrecy of proprietary formats, KiCad probably never will have such functions. However, there is the odd user project (separate from KiCad) for converting to another format. I know of a few attempts for the Altium format, but I have no idea about PADS or Allegro.

There could be some hope for the future if the EU decides that these proprietary formats should be made available at reasonable cost and conditions - after all the EU did that with the Microsoft SMB protocol.
