Never heard of Kicad-huaqiu, so I did a short search and found:

That’s not really a language I can understand, but with a few mouse clicks I used the built in translator functions from firefox. Below a snippet copied from that translation:

Huaqiu DFM Plugin Introduction
The DFM plug-in can help you check manufacturing process-related issues with one click in KiCad PCBs, such as open circuit, sharp angle, minimum line width/line spacing, aperture, and more. The biggest convenience of the plugin is to eliminate the import and export operations between the EDA tool and the DFM tool, all in KiCad. After the test results are obtained, the error can be quickly positioned and modified. Simply put, the job of the plug-in is to send the KiCad PCB generation Gerber to the server, complete the inspection, and return the results and display it in the plug-in panel. Therefore, there is no need to install any dependencies except for the plugin.

The release incorporates all updates to KiCad official 9.0.2 (see below!). The most important changes in this update are:
