Build and install only Eeschema

I wanted to only have standalone Eeschema.

While building from source as mentioned in the INSTALL.txt file
make eeschema
It builds perfectly but when I install it using command
make install
It first builds whole KiCAD and then install every thing

Please, tell me how to install Eeschema.
