Bug on selection

So, selecting things in the Layout, from the left to the right should select only items fully contained inside the selection box.

However, I have a big art, imported from a .dfx file, in the User.Comments layer that does not respect that.

I am using this .dfx art to guide where I should place my components. However since the right-to-left selection (more precisely what I do is top-right to bottom-left) is not working, the art is being selected all the time even being bigger than the selection.

Anyone else has the same issue?
