BOM includes 4 entries for each component

Hi everyone. When I generate a BOM from Schematic Editor each component ends up in the BOM with at least 4 entries. Doesn’t matter which of the three built in BOM generator scripts I choose.

It’s not a complex circuit, so it doesn’t take much time to clean up the file. Still I’d like to prevent having to do that. What am I doing wrong?

I’m still using v7.09 for Mac:

It’s not a complex circuit,

To generate BOM I am using bom_csv_grouped_by_value_with_fp.
I am still in KiCad V7.
I have never had a problem with my elements being listed more then once in the BOM.

As your circuit is not complex then I think that the only possible way anyone can help to find the problem source is to post the project (PCB not needed) to be checked by others.
