I guess, it is expected that you start another thread (for the second question). But I may be wrong.

@KerimF Indeed.

@kdong To be short : There is no built-in autorouter in KiCad, but you can export data to use an external one (and import its result). Check this video as an example

I am not sure FreeRouting accepts dsn files any more. It does accept kicad_pcb files directly, but I don’t see the autorouting option any more. That’s with the newest version, 2019040, for Ubuntu 16.04, which curiously is a smaller file than the one I downloaded last year. The newest version tells me it does not accept dsn files.
