Is there any way to have labels automatically iterate when there is a number at the end of the name?
For instance, if I place the label DB0, can kicad automatically fill the next label as DB1 and so on?
Yes, place the first label DB0 and hit the Insert key. A new label DB1 is created, and so on.

Strange, there’s different behavior depending on if you’re placing labels, compared to power symbols or other parts. No way to change that behavior in the settings. Might raise a bug.
