Assign net class color for just wire, keeping default color for label

Anyone know of a way you can assign a class to a net with a distinct color, but color only the wire(s) for that net, not the net labels/hierarchical labels? It’s a nitpicky thing, but I’m doing a large schematic where I’m color-coding the many hierarchical sheets, and a lot of the net class colors are kind of hard to read against the color of the hierarchical block, i.e.:

It would be nice if I could select specific elements to be colored in a given netclass (mostly just wires, net labels, and hierarchical labels) in the schematic setup but I don’t see anything like that. Is there somewhere else I might be able to make that happen?

Once you have assigned a color (other than transparent) to a net class, the label color follows the net class color.
It seems the only way to change the color of the label after assigning a net class color is to set the color in the label properties (at the bottom of the properties box) every time a label is created, or change the color in the same properties panel after the label is created.
