Arrows of the window scrollbars seem inactive (v5)

Hi

I probably miss something, but the arrows of both scrollbars around the drawing area are totally inactive for me. They work flawlessly on Eeschema, but not on Pcbnew. Am I alone ?

Apparently, this bug was already existing and flagged in the previous v4, and hasn’t been fixed.

I reported it’s still current for v5.

The V5rc2 build 22JUN18 works on Win7/64.
I’ll edit this post when I update to V5rc3 later on.

Not yet upgraded, but can confirm @SembazuruCDE that in Legacy, each click is only one small movement (maybe a pixel?) despite the actual grid size selected.

I’m on Win10 on this machine. In legacy, each scrollbar arrow button only moves the view by 1 pixel no matter the zoom level. In both modern toolsets (accelerated and fallback) the scrollbar arrow buttons don’t appear to do anything.

Hmm… The platform is incorrect… Windows about says Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.492
