Arcs for filled zone?

Is there a good way to create this paste pattern in KiCad?

I could draw the outline and import as a DXF, but I think the only way to get it filled is with a graphic polygon?

Tangentially related, the footprint for this is supposed to be NPTH (copper on top only), but I can’t find a way to do this and still have it connected to a net…

Is that a Wurth standoff?
I would recommend kicad stepup for the job :slight_smile:
