Arc drawing in v5.1?

Is there a problem with the arc drawing tool in pcbNew, or is it me? I can’t seem to get any predictable response to clicking, moving, dragging etc when the arc tool is selected. Sometimes it just doesn’t produce any mark, sometimes it does make an arc shape but seems very difficult to control the radius, orientation etc. I don’t recall having this much difficulty when I was using v4.7.

I just upgraded from v5.02 to v5.1, in case this is a bug and it had been fixed, but it’s just the same.

Is there any tutorial or video which gives the exact sequence of mouse and button moves to get a specific arc? The manual is pretty vague on the actions required.

Click 1: Center of arc
Click 2: Starting point
Click 3: Ending point

If this doesn’t work, you may want to post a video of what you are seeing for more help.

Thanks, that cracked it!

And a point to note is that the arc will go anti-clockwise from the start point to the end.
