Not sure if this question belongs in this forum,but… Is Ki Cad ported to the new Silicon Processors from Apple?
It is a reasonable question. The answer is yes, KiCad is built to run natively on Apple’s M1/M2 processors. The MacOS download is “universal” so it will work on both AMD64 (“normal” Intel/AMD chips) and ARM64 (Apple M1/M2 chips).
