Any angle component placement

I note that some parts can be placed at a 45 degree angle, but I have no idea how to do that. Is it possible to specify any angle to place a component?

Hover over a footprint, press e for edit, and enter any number in the “other” box.

Also, if you hover over a footprint, then every time you press r the footprint is rotated with an increment you can set in:
Pcbnew / Preferences / Preferences / Pcbnew / Editing Options / Rotation Angle

I have actually used “Other” with military circular connectors. There are not many other use cases.
