It would be nice if there was support for checking annular rings… built in. It almost always pops up in new designs that I do from scratch and then check it with freedfm.com then I have to go through and replot everything after fixing it… it would be a decent time saver.
Because vias work mostly automatically, i.e. they follow the netclass values, I wonder why you have to fix them afterwards. Just give the correct values before you start to do the layout. Do you have any specific use case in mind?
In 5.99 the new custom rule system may be able to it.

Actually the one I had pop up recently was in a part. I’ve not had it happen much due to my fault since I adjusted my vias as you say from the beginning.
Looking back to where I caused this it was in a footprint… that was a NPTH, so perhaps I caused this when I set it’s diameter to 1.85 and the hole to 1.8…
