I want to try projects with Lattice Mach chips or ST STM32H750 200+ pin BGA. Footprint is easy to import, but routing it is not easy.
I think JLCPCB is able assemble BGAs now.
I guess it can’t be too difficult to find a few BGA examples with RepoRecon.
Thanks. Edit: How large is that chip
I found the search in Repo*
That BeagleBone may be usefull elsewhere
Those are some of those programmable logic thingies.
A bit like:
Olimex has open sourced quite a lot of their designs. If you want to make something similar, you can consider buying some boards to kick start your own project.
Looks like it is easier to use Lattice chips today than when I last checked. But I have to check PCB assembly too.
When you discuss BGA, you need to be clear about the ball pitch. For example, the STM32H750 comes in 0.8mm and 0.65mm options. The latter will be much harder to use, with a risk of needing more layers, via in pad and other premium fabrication features
