Add custom fields in pos file: MF MPN

Is there a possibility to add custom fields when generating the pos file in pcbnew ?
“File → Fabrication Outputs → Component Placement (.pos)”
For generating the BOM in eeschema one can make its own python script to generate the BOM to your likings, but how can I do the same with the POS file ?
