Any reason why todays Testing release Windows Lite build is suddenly 10% smaller?

The vc_redist.x64.exe installer was removed. The required dlls are installed in the bin folder now instead of using system-wide VC++ Redist installation.

OK, when I see the mature branch suddenly change so much, I worry that something got omitted in the build by accident
