This schematic was originaly from 5.1.10, ported to 5.99, when opening this schematic with 6.0RC1, I am no longer able to move the symbols within the grid as shown in the video, the whole schematic appears to be off-grid somehow:

I deleted that schematic and re-imported it, the issue no longer appears, and the issue is not reproducible all the time which is really interesting.

That might be related to a problem I got a few days ago. For some reason I had one off-grid set of components, close enough so that it was not visible wihout very close zoom. It was reported here, you will find it.
Not necessarily a grid issue as yours, I will investigate further to see if this happens again.
