I am experiencing a problem that when I am in PCB development and have a Locked track, if I try to delete this track, pcbnew crashes completely. This is very bad because a lot of work is lost unexpectedly.
I use KICAD on Windows 10.

This will be fixed in the 5.1.5 point release, it is the main reason for the next release

What happens to me is not exactly what is reported in bugfix.
However the problem has been resolved in the nightly version.
But now another flaw has arisen. For example the Hotkey Delete Track Segment is gone.
Why do these drastic changes happen? For those who use shortcuts is very bad that these changes.
Is this case an error or was it actually removed as Hotkey?

It looks like you are using the 5.99 nightly build. That will be come 6.0 in the future. I think you are probably looking for the 5.1 nightly builds from here [1]

5.99 is very experimental and not suitable for real work or beginners.
Also bear in mind that 5.99 projects are not simply readable by the 5.1.x release
