45 deg cross hair SCH and PCB and footprint and symbol editors?

Is there a facility to get 45deg cross hairs ?
I like grids, and not dots, and the problem is that the 90 deg crossshairs get lost in the 90 deg grids…

same question applies to PCB and SCH
*also, 45 deg is usually not at common wire or trace orientation, making it much more visible.
Mouse cursor does not need to be displayed in the edit window, just the crosshairs.

Not currently possible, but there is a feature request here for 45º crosshair. I’m giving it a thumbs up now.
