hi, my 3d viewer won’t open. I use windows 10. How could I do?

Please copy your version information here and details of your PC graphics

First suspect with GUI rendering always is to try both:
** … Preferences / Modern Toolset (Acellerated) F11]** and
** … Preferences / Modern Toolset (Fallback) F12]**

and see if there is any difference in behavior.

And maybe some basics. What is your kicad version, how do you invoke 3d viewer and what do you get (Kicad Crash? Nothing? Empty window?)
