the files are in the folder, but in 3D render it is not visible.

I can’t find that file in my KiCad supplied 3D files . . . looks like its available as a download:

replace a Footprint folder & 3d symbol, nothing changed

There is no Vishay IHA 3D model in the KiCAD library. It’s only in the footprints library.
Only IHB series is available as a 3D model.

Only about half the parts that we have footprints for have 3d models as well. We have some generators for 3d models, but we have a lot more for footprints, and lots more people submit footprints compared to 3d models. So it’s totally normal and expected that many parts have missing models. You will either have to create it yourself, or find a model elsewhere, for example from the vendor.
