Looks good in freetype with the @maui tool
but once in kicad gets an extra mirrored part.
You can see left transformer is missing pads.

the step file attached is different from what I see from your screenshot … it is gray when in your screenshot is colored…
we could debug it, as already mentioned by @Shack, having access to your kicad_pcb board or more easily having your kicad_mod footprint and step and wrl you are using for the footprint
