For a very small PCB with very components, I need to draw with lines width down to 100µm, (0.1mm). But I cannot set it. Is there a way to customize the minimum line width and line space ?

Yes, under Setup->Texts and Drawings.

Setup->Design Rules, if you’re talking about copper tracks.
For text and graphics it’s Texts and Drawings. And you can set line width for each graphic/text line with its Properties. In the properties dialog there’s also default line width which affects newly drawn items.
