I’m a hobbyist. I built my first electronic circuit in my 50’s copying a 555 circuit I saw online. It worked. I discovered the Basic Stamp by accident. After I learned that I could control a machine by simply writing instructions I was hooked.
I’ve built a number of microcontroller boards on perfboard using a different micro and decided it was too tedious for a board that I need multiple copies of.
This is my first try at pcb design. I’m in unfamiliar territory. I don’t know how active I’ll be but interacting with a forum is an extremely important part of the learning process.
