I take interest in the way that KiCAD stores it data, both to simplify future archives and also to make easier to collaborate designs, foot prints and libraries.
I typically create my own parts models on Fusion360 since OpenCAD is such a nightmare to work with.
I promise to not porch pirate the domain, then brag about my theft on the site. When I logged in today I searched for entries about the hijacked home page. I could not believe he had the balls to brag about it and try to act like anything less than common Domain Squatter, or a Patent Troll. With luck by now his actions are being taken to federal court.
