I think @paulvdh is joking, although if “I’m running Linux” (from another topic) might not be aware of Adobe Illustrator. Linux close replacement is Inkscape. Similar to Adobe Acrobat, not in Linux (I have paid alternative).

So a graffiti artist painting/spraying said wall may well be called an adobe illustrator.
