I think the red lines on the U1 footprint are tolerance envelopes showing how close you can route. In other words, your clearance between. They are already set to an overlapping state. I could be wrong but that’s how I read it. Check you clearance between track distance under design rules. I don’t use many SMD components in my designs but the default setting may be too large for SMD parts.
All of the above screen shots show that the clearances are all overlapping.
To the OP, ensure that the Design Rules Editor settings are correct for the expected Fab House specifications.
It is OK for clearances to overlap with each other. The restriction is a clearance can’t overlap copper of a differing net.

and I am measuring the gap check dy: 0.25mm

I just fixed it, magnetic pads must be on, and it needs room to move…
it will not complete directly front on, as I have tried many times…
