I would not bother removing these “bumps” and I don’t know of a Kicad option to do this.
However if no other option I would consider trying “keep out zones”. Not likely to work, however its the only suggestion I can think of.
yes it is looking good. but my priority was to make aesthetically as close as original one. thats why i was trying make it.
yes sir, i have made it exactly using “Add fill zone”.
