Giovanne: I realize that your are putting time into learning electronics, but you keep making the same mistakes over and over, and this conversation is very frustrating (and not related to kicad that much so I am surprised a moderator has not stepped in to halt it).
You never got your 1-opamp design going properly on a layout, and now you are diving into a much bigger circuit – which has no ground (since you threw away the resistive divider), the back-to-back clamp diodes should be facing different directions, and for the third time you have open opamps. You have a three-opamp instrumentation amp, and a complicated output stage – if it was me I would run spice simulations to really know how it works before doing any layout.
