Hi, I am working on a project using the Sharc ADSP-21489 Ez-Kit, and now am moving to the board layout portion of the design.

Are there any open source symbols libraries that contain symbols for Sharc components like the ADSP-21489?

If you really mean “board layout”, try SnapEDA, it has a 100-pin footprint. Or spend couple of minutes with the footprint wizard of KiCad (which works well at least with daily build). With QFP wizard you have just to give parameters and afterwards add the EP.

But you ask for “symbols” which means schematics, not board layout.
