Replicate PCB layout

New kicad user here. Can I just check that the Replicate Layout Plugin is still the way to duplicate sections of a PCB in kicad 7 ? Eg for a stereo audio circuit or similar multi channel project.

If you don’t appreciate repetitive manual work, yes .
Make sure to use the most recent ‘stable’/‘production’ version of KiCad (now ̶7̶.̶0̶9̶ 7.0.9), not a Nightly (7.99).
Usually plugin developers doesn’t have the workforce to follow the rapidly changing development
of the x.99 versions and tend to concentrate on ‘stable’ releases.

And it’s 7.0.9, not 7.09 (I never can understand why people spell it that way!)

Thanks. Got it installed and seems to be working.

Had to spread out the groups of footprints before running the plug in to prevent it overlapping the layout but otherwise it seems to work well.

For spreading out the anchor footprints you might want to use the PlaceFootprints action plugin
