Pin headers are misplaced

Hello community!

I’m using pin header component and 3D models of pin headers are misplaced. I attached the image below. How could I fix this issue permanently?

This typically happens if you mix version 4 footprint libs with version 5 3d model libs.

As you said, I did option 1 from:

I had KiCad 4 installed previosly. Now i updated to v5. Now i have some problems with the library setup

and now is solved.

In Pcbnew click on the component press E for Footprint properties.
Under 3D Settings edit as needed.
