Newbie question - Inactive functions after install

Hi,
I just installed Kicad 5.1.9 on my new Windows 10pro 64bit pc.

Installation ended without any error message, but some functions are not available.
No other Kicad version is present on the pc ( new pc )

Do i need to configure something ?
Probably my fault…

You need to make a project. See Tutorial: Introduction to PCB design with KiCad version 5.1 (Getting Started)
