UBlox? Oh wait, you only get their data sheet after an NDA. 
It’s a bit out of topic, but Ublox datasheet are available on their website to download without NDA.
Haven’t checked since about 4 years. But before, they were not publicly available. So they changed their mind. At that time, you got a phone call and you had to explain what you want to use it for. I used one module (something like Neo 8, GPS + inertial navigation, WiFi and LTE) and a nice tiny GPS (single chip solution).
With the later UBlox GPS chip, some ESP for WiFi (terrible data sheet) and a PIC32MX4xx for communication, I had a project that took 2 weeks. From schematics, layout (with KiCad) over software to a finished PCB populated and software working.
But I have to admit that I have no clue how data sheets usually look like!
