Multi-part resnet symbol pin problem

I just tried creating a new resnet from scratch again and it is a tedious process. Surely this can be improved? Anyway, at least I had the other pin table columns visible this time and I copy&pasted the first two pins into the other added rows and then edited the pin number and unit.

Is there a better way to create a multipart?

To create the multi part symbol,

• I “saved as” a resistor as a new symbol
• Opened new symbol
• File > Symbol Properties > Set the number of units and ticked “all interchangeable” just under the number of units.
• Opened the pin table and assigned the pin numbers according to the Unit description on the far right of the table.

Or, if it has more or fewer parts, “save as” the whole 4 part array with a different name, then open part A (or others), right click properties, change the number of units and the correct result just happens. The only additional work is assign pin numbers to the extra resistors in the array.
