Updated to Kicad version 6.0.3. (Linux). Connections are lost. They are on the Schematic, I update PCB from schematic … on the board, the pins with are marked as “unconnected”.

If you run an Electrical check on the Schematic. You’ll get errors. NOt when you first load but after an edit. Even with the errors if you save and reload the errors will go away and the links be fine. Until you do an edit of any sort.
