Libraries are missing

Hello
I’ve just downloaded KiCad and was designing a pre-Amp for my guitar amplifier. While I was looking through the libraries I must have pushed a wrong button and lost all the Libraries. I’ve uninstalled Kicad and and re installed it and still cannot find the libraries so I can continue with my project. Can some one in the group help me with this library problem?

Especially the “reset to default” section (assuming the user really had them in the past AND they used the official libs)
