KiCADStepUp load footprint error: Only Z rotation is allowed

Hi,

I try to load a KiCAD footprint, but it showed an error: Only z rotation is allowed:

But it was finaly loaded sucessfully after this info appeared, so is this info message serious?

Here is my footprint:
PEL012401.kicad_mod (2.8 KB)
BTW, this is my KiCADStepUp version info:
kicad StepUp version 10.2.0
