KiCad foot print software errors

Hi there

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I keep getting this error (see picture). I’ve tried un-installing, then re-installing, but kept getting the same message. I then decided to download and installed Kicad on a completely different computer, yet I’m still getting the same message. I realise some of the libraries must be either corrupted or missing, but this is fresh install on a different computer.

So there is a problem with the KiCad software it’s self?
