Place footprints: action plugin

I’ve made a plugin, which can automatically place footprints either in a line, circle or a matrix. The footprints intended for placement have either have to be numbered sequentially or they come from multiple instances of same hierarchical sheet. The plugin is available on GitHub. Any comments and PR are welcome.
